absolutely loved staring at a concrete wall from my room—totally picturesque! The breakfast was substantial but really didn’t feel like gourmet dining when I had no idea what half of it was. And how dare they not automatically upgrade me to a suite, I mean, a little extra pampering is not too much to ask.

Breakfast was a huge surprise! Delicious mix of Japanese and Western options 😋. Room was super clean and sufficient, but check-in being at 4 PM was a bit inconvenient. A solid stay overall.

The Toyoko Inn Hiroshima shi Shinkansen-Gucci No. 2 impressed with its cleanliness and functionality. The rooms felt spacious enough for a comfortable stay. Beds were firm, which I appreciated but may not suit everyone's taste. Each morning, the breakfast buffet offered a delightful mix of Japanese and Western options. I particularly enjoyed the green tea available in the room and the ume tea at breakfast. The reception staff were notably helpful. they provided great sightseeing directions and were welcoming during my arrival and check-out. However, the lobby setup wasn't ideal for relaxing or reading, as it was more focused on breakfast traffic. Additionally, it would’ve been nice to have coffee available throughout the day instead of just during breakfast hours. A bit of guidance on using the room key to operate the elevator would also be beneficial for guests. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its great location and overall quality.

The automated check-in process could be confusing for some!!! Extra signs or assistance would be beneficial. The cramped dining area during peak hours made breakfast less enjoyable. A little more attention to layout would enhance guest experience!!!

The location was conveniently near Hiroshima Station, making it easy to explore the city, and the staff were super helpful with directions. Plus, the free laundry facilities were a lifesaver after a long day of sightseeing!

Staying at Toyoko Inn Hiroshima-Eki Shinkansen-Guchi No.2 was a fantastic experience! The location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the Hiroshima Train Station. The breakfast was phenomenal, offering a delicious Japanese style buffet with plenty of options. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had useful amenities like a kettle and fridge.

I appreciated the laundry facilities, which were clean and reasonably priced. Check-in was automated, making it quick and easy. I'm from Rome and enjoyed being able to connect with the local culture during my stay.

Housekeeping service was offered only every four nights. The view from my room wasn't great, as it faced a parking lot.

Just a solid selection for overnight stay in Hiroshima with extraordinarily good value for money. I loved the amazing Japanese-style breakfast, which had an impressive variety. Arrive early to explore the area before check-in.

This place is a gem! Right by Hiroshima Station, so getting around was a breeze. The breakfast wowed us with its mix of Japanese and Western dishes. The staff even helped us out with directions, which was super helpful. One downside was those traditional beds—way too firm for my taste.

Families looking for convenience

This place is just 10 minutes from the North exit of the station, and very easy to find. We had this amazing Japanese style breakfast – huge selection, and it really made the trip special! The staff were friendly and even provided us with umbrellas when it rained! !

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the quality it was acceptable.
